The Executive consists of a select group of upcoming UK developers that have in excess of £1m in development experience when they join (Residential New Build & Conversions). Members of the Executive have both a track record and a desire to scale their business within a few years to become small to medium scale developers delivering 30+ units per annum.

The Club aims to deliver 10K homes by 2030 and the club provides a crucial support network for its members. Our Executive Members meet virtually for fortnightly mastermind meetings and in person for an end of year social.
